This year we are delighted to be partnering with Paintings in Hospitals to bring a touring exhibition of paintings to care homes in the South East of England – Beside The Sea.
Paintings in Hospitals use visual art and creative activities to improve the health and well-being of patients, service users, carers and the public. This exhibition has been specifically designed to provide the most benefit to a care home setting, with artworks which were inspired by the sights and sounds of the British coast, and which explore our connections to the sea – where people live, work and relax. Throughout the exhibition, residents and staff will have the opportunity to explore the themes of the show through a number of creative activities.
