Starburst Arts is a visual and performing arts based initiative for adults with learning difficulties, based at the Wrenford Centre in Chichester, but also working in and around Chichester in partnership with other arts organisations. This work was purchased from their 20ME12 project which enabled artists with learning difficulties and those facing barriers to access arts technology.
