This work came from a New Beginnings Art Award Exhibition hosted by the Women’s Support Centre in Woking. Every year the Women’s Support Centre hosts these awards for women to submit artwork from in prison or through visiting the Centre. The entries are exhibited at the Lightbox Gallery in Woking and prizes are awarded including for the “People’s Choice”.
