’Chrissy’ was completed in 2014 during Rietti’s A level over a period of 10 hours. The medium of oil paint was used in which greater blending and richness of colour can be obtained. It was painted with the idea of giving someone familiar a different personality. This piece aimed to capture a sense of being looked down upon, and the size helped reach this.
