Between 1947-49, Eduardo Paolozzi stayed in Paris and collected a vast quantity of source material for developing his collage ideas, including Time magazine covers. Those with power, fame or influence, who graced the covers of Time magazine, were subjected to Paolozzi’s cut and paste technique.
