Predominantly a sculptor, Brown studied at the Hornsey School of Art and at the Hampstead Garden Suburb Institute under Howard Bate, R.A.. He has been commissioned to create sculptural works for many hospitals, banks, schools and churches across the United Kingdom and abroad.
